AboutLinda
I create space for people to rediscover what their bodies already know.
Over two decades of curiosity expressed through movement, adventure, learning, and teaching.
her story
Growth begins when we stay open to what is possible.
Her path began with a curiosity about movement that has continued to shape her life since 1999. With experience in gymnastics, swimming, sprint kayaking, whitewater slalom kayaking, and dragon boat racing, she developed a deep appreciation for strength, resilience, discipline, and the intelligence of the human body.
Alongside athletics, Linda was drawn to meditation, philosophy, and self-inquiry from an early age. She later studied psychology, deepening her understanding of the connection between mind, emotion, behaviour, and human potential. These parallel paths continue to shape her teaching and artistic practice today.
In 2019, she discovered aerial yoga, a practice that brought together many of the elements she had been seeking: presence, creativity, challenge, play, and self-expression. What began as curiosity soon became a passion, leading her to train internationally and complete certifications in yoga, aerial yoga, and yin aerial yoga.
For more than five years, Linda has taught students of all ages and experience levels. Her approach combines mindful movement, body awareness, and personal growth, helping people build confidence, develop strength, reconnect with themselves, and discover new possibilities. Alongside teaching, she performs at festivals, community events, and collaborative artistic projects — in the air or on the ground, her intention remains the same: to inspire curiosity, connection, courage, and presence.
She is also the creator of Fairy Airy Nest, a playful aerial experience that blends movement, mindfulness, imagination, and exploration. Designed for both children and adults, it invites participants to discover freedom, confidence, and joyful self-expression. Today, Linda shares her practice through classes, workshops, performances, retreats, and collaborative projects, guided by a simple belief: growth begins when we stay open to what is possible.

what guides her
Presence.
Showing up fully, without performing, without rushing past what you feel.
Breath.
The thread that weaves every practice; the place she returns to first.
Trust.
In your body, in the silks, in the quiet between effort and release.
Play.
Joy is not a bonus round. It's part of the work, especially in the air.
