about linda
Teacher · Performer · Nest-maker
I teach bodies to remember what they always knew.
Twenty years of movement. Five years teaching worldwide. One practice that weaves body, breath, feeling & play.
her story
“The silk doesn't hold you. You hold yourself.”
Gymnastics and kayaking gave her strength. Meditation and psychology gave her depth. Aerial yoga gave her wings.
Linda's path began in the body long before the mat. Athletics gave her strength and a deep sense of where she ends and the world begins. The full arc lives in her credentials below.
Yoga found her as a way to listen. Meditation and philosophy in her teenage years opened an inner life; a psychology degree sharpened how she reads the connection between mind, emotion, and movement. She didn't come to teaching to perform wellness. She came because movement had always been how she made sense of herself.
Aerial yoga arrived in 2019 like a door she didn't know she was standing beside. The silk asked for trust: not passive hanging, but active engagement. That discovery sent her traveling internationally to study with teachers across yoga, aerial, and yin aerial lineages.
Yin, for Linda, is the counterweight: stillness that doesn't ask you to disappear. Whether on the mat, in the silks, or inside Fairy Airy Nest, her work is the same invitation: feel more, force less, and leave a little lighter than you arrived.

off the mat

what she teaches
The homepage shows you the doorways. Here is why she walks through each one.

The mat is where Linda learned that strength and softness can live in the same breath.
Grounded flows led by breath, never rushed, never performative.
I shape every session around who you are that day, so you leave capable, calm, and fully here.

The air asks for trust Linda had to earn in her own body before she could teach it.
Creative strength in the silks, courage with a soft landing.
I teach you to hold yourself; the fabric is only the conversation partner.

Stillness in the silks is the counterweight to everything that asks you to push harder.
Supported holds and slow release, nervous-system calm in the fabric.
For days when you need depth more than drive, stillness you can feel in your spine.
Book this practice →what guides her
Presence.
Showing up fully, without performing, without rushing past what you feel.
Breath.
The thread that weaves every practice; the place she returns to first.
Trust.
In your body, in the silks, in the quiet between effort and release.
Play.
Joy is not a bonus round. It's part of the work, especially in the air.
